Amenities and Service

Amenities at Mandarin Oriental, Miami

A residents' podium at the base of Tower 1, a residents' lounge in Tower 2 and the Mandarin Oriental hotel between them, with one service team trained by the hotel.

Who Uses What

Three Sets of Amenities

The amenities sit in three places: the residents-only podium at the base of Tower 1, the residents' lounge on Level 19 of Tower 2, and the Mandarin Oriental, Miami hotel in Tower 2, whose pools, spa and restaurants the developer opens to residents of both towers.

The developer's 2026 South Tower brochure is not the 2024 fact sheet. The podium grew from 80,000 SF to more than 100,000 SF, the courts went from squash to padel, the Lagoon Pool casitas became six private villas with kitchenettes and baths, and the conference suite went from ten seats to twelve. Read the newest list, and let the offering documents settle it.
